Wine Class 101 ~ A 3 night course that educates you on the wine basics. This flexible educational style class teaches the types of wine and their origination. We help you learn how wine is produced and how to properly taste wine. Wine Class 201 ~ A 3 night course that goes beyond class 101 to teach you how to identify different types of wine. It is an in-depth look at wine, where you can learn to taste and recognize a variety of wines. We suggest you take 101 before moving to 201. Both classes are tasting classes.
